Contraindications - When booking your reservation, please inform our front desk staff if you have any of the following conditions: Pregnant, diabetic, high blood pressure, asthma, breast implants, allergies, metal implants, heart conditions or any major health condition.
Cell phones and beepers
are not permitted in the spa.
Cancellation/No Show Policy - Should you need to cancel your reservation, please call 24 hrs. prior to your appointment time. Otherwise a charge equal to 50% of your treatment fee will be charged to your credit card. If no notice is given and you fail to keep your appointment, you will be charged in full for your reservation.
Payment - Spalon accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with a valid driverís license.
Gratuities are not included in any spa service. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
Gift Cards are nonrefundable and expire five years from date of purchase. They can be purchased in any dollar amount and used on spa services or product. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, gratuities or used to purchase other Gift Cards. Please present any gift card to the front desk when arriving at Spalon for your appointment. Client must present gift card at appointment time otherwise they will be responsible for payment of service.
Spa Parties - Spa parties vary in number of guests due to services requested. Please elect a "Party Coordinator" as a contact person and to provide the following information: each guest's name, telephone number and requested services. Management will book your party when all info is received and date is secured with a credit card. You will be given a check-in time & an approximate ending time. Spalon strives to provide a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our spa parties. Please inform all party guests of possible down time between services to allow time for guests to mingle and visit. Changes cannot be made within 7 days of party date. Any cancellations within 7 days of party date will be charged in full for the cancelled services. Outside food & beverages must be approved by Spalon Management.
Robes, slippers and lockers are provided. We encourage you to leave jewelry at home, as in some treatments you may be asked to remove it. Spalon, Inc. is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings. We are unable to provide child care. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment.
Note: Gift cards expire five years from the date they are issued. They must be used before the expiration date and are unable to be extended. Appointment availability varies due to the quantity and type of services. We always book the first available time according to our schedule and your needs. Appointments may be available within a week or it may take a couple of months to coordinate all schedules. Please do not wait until the month the gift card expires. We may not be able to schedule an appointment for the treatment you desire. If you are unable to get an appointment for a spa service, the gift card can be used towards the purchase of products, unless you have a donated gift certificate. Donated gift certificates: Monetary amounts can only be used on spa services. All others have to be used for the exact service stated on the gift certificate.
